Securities-Based Loans
Artice Capital is the Marketing Arm/Broker Liaison of the lender. We work closely with the lender and we are compensated from them only. There are no fees paid to us by you or the borrower. We assist loan professionals with product information and marketing materials and loan preparation concerning Securities-Based Loans

Securities-Based Line of Credit
We work directly with a top-tier, licensed, US Bank/Investment firm and all accounts are SIPC-insured. As with our other lending programs we are here to assist finance and loan professionals with product information and marketing materials and loan preparation concerning securities-based line of credit loans.

Capital Advancement
We are able to assist with high LTV funding (up to 100%) of projects, both domestic and foreign, where the client is seeking financing in an expedited manner with minimal “red tape”.

The minimum loan amount is $10MM and the client must be able to provide "Proof of Capacity/Funds" for the completion of the transaction. In some cases that maybe as low as 4% of the projected loan amount. The total amount of funds that will be needed at closing depends upon the loan size and type and amount of collateral for the requested loan.

We are a broker liaison with a number of domestic and international financing resources which includes private lenders and public banks.

Our fee is commensurate to the knowledge, expertise and contacts that we bring to the relationship and we are paid only at the successful funding of the project.
